Payments and Refunds
- All payments for online bookings/membership are made at reception.
- Unpaid online bookings can be cancelled at any time.
- Unused paid memberships can be cancelled and refunded at reception.
- Bookings/membership are never finalised and agreed until paid in full.
- Paid memberships can be cancelled within the first month and refunded less the equivalent cost of a 1-month membership.
- Cancelled paid hall bookings can be cancelled and refunded in full up to 2 weeks before the booking date.
Vouchers
- Free vouchers are valid on presentation of the voucher code or flyer (to be crossed through when used) only.
- Free vouchers are valid once, one per customer, for first-time customers only, unless otherwise stated.
- Free vouchers, unless otherwise stated, expire within 3 months of the offer.
- Gym sessions for vouchers may need to be booked in advance.
- For operational reasons, we reserve the right to cancel any promotional offer here.
- There is no cash equivalent to any free voucher offer.
